the reason why i hate the first pic is because it makes him look mean and evil when reality he is not

i like this pic because he's helping the poor and his a soldier looking as if he is trying to show him the way to safety

In the passage i read. that manipulation is mostly use to create and effect of sum, which is really not suppose to be there. that the original picture can be transition to be more then one or to be more depressing. then what it really is suppose to be.
